Before placing or responding to ads, you must read and accept
all of the terms and conditions in, this User Agreement. We
strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you
also access and read the Help and privacy information.
The agreement that applies to ad4it.co.uk and sub domains is
always the agreement that appears in the footer of each
webpage. The User Agreement constitutes a legally binding
agreement between you and ad4it.
This Agreement is effective on 15 May 2009, for current
users, including registered and non registered and upon
acceptance for new users.
USING ad4it.co.uk
While using ad4it, you will not:
place, list or upload content or items in an inappropriate
category or areas on our sites;
place, list or upload content or items of an inappropriate,
malicious, inflammatory, discriminatory, racialist ,or pornographic
nature;
breach any laws, sell any counterfeit items or otherwise
infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third
parties;
fail to deliver payment for items purchased by you, unless the
seller has materially changed the item's description after you
agreed purchase, a clear typographical error is made, or you
cannot authenticate the seller's identity;
fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer
fails to meet the placeed terms, or you cannot authenticate the
buyer's identity;
manipulate the price of any item or interfere with other
user's listings;
circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing
process, or fees owed to ad4it;
place false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libellous
content (including personal information);
distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm
ad4it, or the interests or property of ad4it users;
copy, modify, or distribute content from our site and
copyrights and trademarks; or
harvest or otherwise collect information about our users,
including email addresses, without their consent.
the sale of items and or services is an agreement between
buyer and seller, and not with ad4it.co.uk,any disputes over
items and or services, including payment, and item and or
service descriptions, must be dealt with and settled by seller
and buyer through whatever means they feel
necessary.ad4it.co.uk holds no responsibility or liability for
above agreements and or disputes..

ad4it has established this privacy policy to explain to you how your information is protected, collected and used.
1/ Protecting your privacy
We don't run pop ups, pop unders.
We don't share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don’t sell or rent users’ personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without users explicit consent.
We don't send you unsolicited communications for marketing purposes.
Account information is password-protected. Keep your password safe.
2/ Data we collect
We collect your email address, for purposes such as sending self-publishing and confirmation emails, authenticating user accounts, providing subscription email services etc.

All classified placings are stored in our database. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
